These workshops are for all levels and ages, from those brand-new to yoga, to yoga teachers. You'll connect with students from around the world and gain a better understanding of your yoga practice and yourself.
Take these 12 workshops in addition to the online self-paced yoga teacher training to complete the Yoga Alliance 200 Hour yoga teacher certification contact hour requirement.
We meet every second Saturday of the month from 9am - 11am PST / 12pm - 2pm EST.
