This Yoga Alliance registered program is a combination of Zoom-based live discussions and self-paced work (lecture videos, practices, and homework). This program is for students who are looking for group connection and discussion but are willing to do some work on their own.
We meet 8 times over 5 months. Meeting dates / times are:
Weekend 1 - Saturday, October 8th - 10am - 12pm EST
Weekend 2 - Sunday, October 23rd - 7pm - 9pm EST
Weekend 3 - Saturday, November 5th - 10am - 12pm EST
Weekend 4 - Sunday, November 20th - 7pm - 9pm EST
Weekend 5 - Saturday, December 10th - 10am - 12pm EST
Weekend 6 - Sunday, January 8th - 7pm - 9pm EST
Weekend 7 - Saturday, January 21st - 10am - 12pm EST
Weekend 8 - Sunday, February 5th - 7pm - 9pm EST
