Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Payment  

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot for the retreat. The full balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. 

Cancellation by Participant  

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date: If we can find someone to fill your spot, we can offer a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If not, we can apply the amount you've paid toward the retreat to a future retreat or other program offerings. 

• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat start date: If we can find someone to fill your spot, we can offer a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If not, no refunds will be issued. 

• We anticipate having a waitlist for this retreat; however, we kindly encourage you to register only if you are committed to attending. 

Transfer of Reservation Participants may transfer their reservation to another person, subject to approval by the retreat organizers.

Cancellation by Organizer 

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, all payments will be fully refunded. However, we cannot compensate for travel expenses incurred.  

Travel Insurance 

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays .

No-Show or Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures from the retreat. 

Force Majeure 

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or global health concerns. In such cases, we will offer the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat or provide a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. 

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation policy.
