A Day in the Life - Maui Yoga Retreat

Sample Daily Schedule

6:30am - Sunrise Yoga & Meditation

We'll start our day with movement and presence right along the water.

8am - Breakfast at Humble Market Kitchin

Fuel for your adventures with one of Maui's favorite buffets!

9:30am - Workshop or Free Time

Two of our days will include in-depth workshops, the others days you get to spend how you choose: rest, play, adventure, or explore.

11:30am - Free Time

This is a great time to try out Maui's biggest water slide, get a massage or facial, relax by one of the adults-only pools, or explore all Maui has to offer!

Check off your Maui Bucket list: Haleakala National Park, Road to Hana, Snorkel Molokini (or snorkel right off the beach by the resort), explore Iao Valley, or venture to West Maui or Upcountry.

5:30pm - Sunset Yoga & Meditation, Luau, or Evening Reception

We'll regroup in the evening to enjoy the magical sunset energy together, either through a practice or over a meal, depending on the day.
